Bob McGough is an Expert Real Estate Advisor at Bellator Real Estate, joining the team in June 2024. He is licensed to serve both buyers and sellers in the state of Alabama in Baldwin County, and relocation areas around the world through Bellator’s connections.

With over 15 years of experience in real estate appraisal, Bob brings a deep understanding of both single-family and investment properties to his role. His career began in 2007 when he joined R.L. Farmer as a trainee real estate appraiser. He later served as a sales analyst for the Baldwin County Revenue Commission before advancing to Cushman & Wakefield in 2012, where he has worked as a commercial real estate appraiser.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Alabama. He is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and serves on the board of the Alabama & Mississippi Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Additionally, he contributes to the University of South Alabama’s Mitchell College of Business Economics and Finance Advisory Board.

A long-time resident of Fairhope, Bob has lived in the area for over 35 years. He is married to Lane McGough, with whom he shares two daughters. Outside of his professional life, Bob enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly hunting whitetail, one of his favorite pastimes.
